The Supreme Court has ruled that the Government were acting unlawfully when they introduced the employment tribunal fees for those bringing claims against their employers. It is estimated that approximately 40% of UK individuals die intestate, without having made provision for their estate in a Will. The Law Commission has voiced its desire for England and Wales to be the first jurisdiction to recognise electronic Wills as valid legal documents. We’re pleased that our two small offices, Balsall Common and Southam, raised a grand total of £100 for MacMillan Cancer Support during their recent coffee mornings. Thank you to the staff and clients who supported us, and bravely ate as much cake as they could!
MacNamara King will be hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning at our Southam and Balsall Common offices on Friday 30th September 2016 10:30am to 12:00pm. We are hoping to raise as much money for Macmillan Cancer Support as possible through selling (and eating!) a selection of baked goods. We hope to see you there!

Marriage is no longer the traditional necessity it once was. Nowadays most couples live together before they are married, and for some people marriage never crosses their mind. But if the worst were to happen and your partner was to pass away, what would you be entitled to? The harsh reality is that without a […]
So after a heavy weekend with lots of socialising with friends and a couple of glasses of wine, the thought of facing 100 unread emails as you wake up on Monday morning may be a little too much; you call your boss and tell him that you couldn’t possibly come in as you’ve got this […]
